To ensure full compliance with Islamic jurisprudence, Oman Re has appointed a qualified and independent Shariah Board to guide and oversee its Retakaful operations. The Board is responsible for reviewing and approving products, contracts, and processes in line with Shariah principles, and for conducting periodic audits to uphold the highest standards of Shariah governance.
