Naeema holds a B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Waljat College of Applied Sciences, Muscat, and a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. She has over eight years of reinsurance experience within Facultative underwriting. She commenced her professional career at Oman Re as Assistant Underwriter in 2014 and currently handles the Marine portfolio. Naeema is also pursuing advanced insurance qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
